Makana Risser Chai is the author of Be Fit in No Time. An attorney who founded a Silicon Valley training company, she ended up in the hospital, and in 1998 decided to move to Hawai'i. She is now a certified massage therapist, stress and wellness consultant, forgiveness facilitator, and instructor of yoga and Pilates. The author of two books on ancient Hawaiian healing, she speaks on Mindful Multitasking and work-life balance for corporations and associations.
